About the event
To celebrate Patrycja’s (Pat's) third anniversary at Gills & Co, we’re inviting you to a very special evening inspired by her Polish heritage.
Our chef will create a special tasting menu inspired by the Polish dishes Pat remembers from her childhood, with each course paired with a carefully chosen Polish wine. It’s a chance to discover a country whose rapidly developing wine scene remains one of Europe’s best-kept secrets, through food and flavours with real personal meaning.
Expect a relaxed evening of comforting Polish food, surprising wines and stories from Pat’s childhood, as we celebrate three brilliant years at Gills & Co. Tickets include the full dinner and accompanying Polish wine flight.
